Russell began his career in Visual Effects as a Line Producer and VFX Producer at MPC where he spent nearly 6 years. He worked in Production roles on season 4 of the TV series, ‘Black Mirror’, as well as the feature films: ‘Passengers’, ‘Ghost in the Shell’, ‘Transformers: The Last Knight’ and ‘Kin’.
In 2018, Russell made the leap to the Production side and was credited on the Sky TV Series, ‘Curfew’ (Season 1) as a Production Coordinator before working on season 1 of ‘The Wheel of Time’ as a VFX Production Manager with Amazon Studios. He has also been credited on ‘Constellation’ (Apple TV) as a VFX Production Manager on season 1.
